6 Nerite Snails Combo Pack - 2 Tiger, 2 Zebra, 2 Horned - Live Snails

All 6 snails definitely arrived alive, and a couple days later they seem to be doing fine, and have already done a noticeable job of cleaning up algae in my tank.The horned snails are very small (much smaller than the other snails), but they are still really cool, with very bright yellow and black shells.

These were beautiful but didn't move hardly and then after less than a month, they all died. This is the same tank I had a surplus of mystery snails at one point. Same water parameters. Not sure why they all croaked but I won't be buying again.

The good:Reasonable shipping spead, 5 out of 6 survived.The bad:All 6 snails were damaged, one died due to this damage, I let the seller know that they were all damaged. I waited to verify the health before asking for a replacement. Snails can go dormant especially if stressed so at day 9 one hadn't moved in two days I checked and he had gone to snail heaven. I informed the seller and got this response.ImportantThe imperfections of the shell do not impair the heath of the snails at this point. It has been more than 48 hours.Thank you for the business and support.Packaging was great outside the bag, big cushy padding made of shredded recyled newspaper..... Inside the bag was 6 snails in a bag about the size of a fat stout 16oz bottle, one napkin worth of towel inIn the bag and fully inflated. The problem is nothing to protect one snail from another. So I assume during shipping it acted like a rock tumbler. All shell tips were chipped off, shell edges ragged and chipped. I know they are just snails but it is still a living organism. Maybe 6 small bags to protect each snail. You could even pass the cost to the consumer add $2.00 and protect the snails. If there is a damaged product find out why and fix your process.Explaining to my 4 year old why her new snails look like they belong to a nightly fight club... And one died...

I am so impressed everyday with how much these little snails can eat. I have three tanks - two with a brown algae issue and one with a green algae issue. I've been doing all the things to correct the problems but decided to add some nerite snails and WOW. The little horned snail has cleaned two big leaves all by himself. The snails all arrived alive and with an appetite! I thought there was an issue with the order (it was my mistake) but the seller responded right away. I may get more of these little guys because they are awesome.

Very nice snails, unfortunately one of my containers was not closed tightly and came with no water, the box was soaked. My house got flooded so never got around to reporting it, but I only lost one snail out of the pack. Most likely happened in shipping. Nice snails though. Thanks.

I was surprised to see how unprofessional our snails were shipped -in a literal urine cup . Also 2 out of 6 snails were babies that did not survive -it’s not mentioned that you would possibly receive very tiny babies . However our other 4 are doing great and they have been cruising all over our tank .

Bought snails twice and risked to buy a beta, arrived extremely fast, all snails alive both time, as well as a fish. Packaging great, beta with enough water in a bag, water was cool. Wouldn't suggest to buy in a hot weather, but they say to check the weather before ordering, so just follow all the instructions before ordering and after the delivery.

These snails are a great addition to my tank. The sellers were great I had some issues with my first batch of snails (which was my erorr on water parameters) and they sent me new ones! They were very helpful to recommend me to use more accurate pH/nitrate testing. My new guys are happy and healthy moving around my tank. Will continue to purchase from them in the future!
