Hi I would like to change the WalkerIt is for my mother and she is unable to use she need to go to washroom some one to come and hold the chairHer legs are swollen the Walker does not have brakesThe other day she was one in the house and she was stuck in the chair as she couldn't get out of it aloneEven near the bedSecond very disturbing thing is it does not fit in the car boot after folding alsoSo she cannot use it in a mallI need a walker that she can use aloneWithout two people holding the WalkerPlease change it as it one can not be usedI am very very disappointed with the productCan you please exchange it with another oneThanksDJ

It is a great product, quality, build, all good. assembly easy even though no instructions document. I just found the basket is not very user friendly becuase it has two hooks that I fear could snag clothing especially shawls etc. So I am unable to use the basket. Next thing, it does not wheel straight at slow speeds when I try to wheel my mother who is very lightweight. So...overall a person wanting a good walker, who can already walk independently but needs a multi terrain one with a seat for breaks, it is great.

Not so great for people with disabilities. Okay for using as a lighter wheelchair1. No locking brakes. Makes it difficult for a person to turn around and sit. Needs an attendant around for safety2. The wheels swivel, which is good for using it as a wheelchair. But makes it unsafe for people with disabilities who cant maneuver. Walker is a bettee option.

This rollator rolls around too easily - very difficult to handle for a person with Parkinson’s, the break system not good enough.

It looks more like a walker in the picture which can help patient to walk but in reality it is like a wheel chair .. not solved our purpose

This item I have purchased 15 days ago for my mother who is 88 years old. She is very happy with this walker. It's very comfortable to use by my mother. Colour of item, wheels and overall quality is very good. Item is very useful to my mother.

No brakes when it stops so one has to keep holding it. Otherwise it's great

When seated there r no brakes to hold you steady, only brakes to stop, why.
