Was all I need from a marzipan...fresh, delicious, easy to mold.

Wish it had a more almond flavor, but I added almond flavoring. Easy to make shapes Freeform and with molds. Tints well.

This is a terrific product. I wanted to use it to cover a Christmas cake, and it rolled out easily and worked flawlessly. It’s delicious, too.In the past I’ve been frustrated by hard tubes of marzipan. This product was a revelation. It is truly wonderful.

I use this paste all the time. I make custom cakes. I use my buttercream and add the almond paste and mix til it's incorporated. A nice layer of that and a layer of raspberry is a perfect filling in white or chocolate cake.

I used this as to model a covering for brownie truffles and it was awesome

I write this as a consumer, not a baker or user of the product. This is GREAT! I don't drink, or do drugs, but this will challenge me to NOT become an addict of this delicious product. If I review later and state I'm 50lbs heavier... you'll understand once you have some.

I needed gluten free marzipan so that I could color and shape waffle fries and a fry box for my son's birthday cake. We don't like the taste of fondant icing. My son is gluten free, casein (dairy) free and artificial dye free. This marzipan shipped quickly and worked great! The texture was pliable. Very pleased with the results!
