The emergency kit that you need if you live in a disaster zone..

In considering this kit, I like it because; 1) it comes in a bag. 2) it comes with everything that is needed for an emergency for 2 people, 3 days. 3) I can add to this whatever items that I feel are needed during an emergency.I like this because when it comes to an emergency situation, are we really prepared for it? Living in Florida, we were not. But now, we feel better because having this, we know that if we are in that moment, we have all that is needed to survive. There is quite a bit that comes with this, but because this comes in a bag, we can add to it. Perhaps it's adding documents, a flashlight, a portable radio with batteries, really anything that can be thought of that could be used during an emergency situation.Pros:-Has a good start to all that is needed for 2 people, 3 days-Comes in a bag to put somewhere that can be easily retrieved-Has multiple pockets to put different things-A kit that everyone needs if they live in a disaster related zone.Cons:-Bag that everything comes in is not water resistant/proof-----------------------------------------------------------This product was received for my honest review.

I Hope We Never Need It, But...
We got three of these, one for each car. After adding a few items, which fit nicely, the kit is good to go. We added a crank/solar radio/light and upgraded the first aid kit and feel this is a good, small, totally portable emergency kit.

Basic starter kit. Get your own bag.
You will still need a first aid kit as wound care/cleaning supplies are not included. Also, the bag is made of cheap fabric that doesn't seem like the kind of bag you'd rely on in an emergency. If you already have a bug out bag, then just add these supplies. Otherwise, it's okay.

... reviews I can now agree that the kit is perfect for our needs
Having read other reviews I can now agree that the kit is perfect for our needs. I especially like having extra space, i.e., the outside pocket for the radio we also bought on Amazon. The only "con" is the whistle...not the best but it has a compass on it so that's something.

Has everything you need for a good emergency kit
Haven't had to use this yet, but I got one for my car and one for my husbands. Fits under the front seat so it literally takes up no room (which is five stars for me right there). Has everything you need for a good emergency kit.

This is a really easy solution for a 2 person 72-hour kit
This is a really easy solution for a 2 person 72-hour kit. It is very compact for small living space. We supplemented it with another 3600 calorie bar for each person because we are normal people who eat normal amounts :)
