Crystal 3D Jigsaw Puzzle - Clear Owl (42 Piece)

If you are looking for a fun challenge and like puzzles, this is the puzzle for you! The Owl puzzle has 42 clear plastic pieces which makes it have the look of illusion when you are putting it together. It was so much fun to do. This is a great puzzle to do on a rainy day or when you are bored. My sister bought a skull puzzle and told me how fun it was so I ordered the owl puzzle. This was the first time I did a puzzle like this and I am looking forward to getting another one! It was challenging, frustrating at times, but the end result when you see the finished product is very exciting. It was a lot of fun!

Bought to do with my grandma....Fun to put together but can be hard to see the pieces, older people with not so great vision can't put em together....she wanted to do it so bad, I wish there were versions of these that weren't clear so ppl like my grandma could put em together...she doesn't have the space for your normal puzzles.

This is a very pretty owl. I had a lot of fun putting it together and love it now that it is together. The main thing to know is that the eyes are stickers to put on after it is put together. Also there are no instructions (the booklet is just an add for other products and yes it is in Japanese); this is a puzzle, not a Lego set.

This was one of two puzzles I picked up as a fun gift for a brother in law. He has access to lots of puzzles and is a compulsive collector, so this wasn't exactly a challenge to him. He broke open the package and solved it Xmas day. Still if you seek a fun distraction and momento to set on your shelves after you will probably like this. If you want an actual challenge I recommend seeking out the bigger puzzle sets. I think they have a full castle available that looks very fun! But for what I got i thoroughly enjoyed and I got it in a timely enough manner to give as a gift. Would recommend this product to others for a moment or two of fun.

I did receive this puzzle today. I am not happy with this product. I bought this for a 12 year old who lives out of state. The box and directions are in Japanese. Last time I checked we speak and read English in the US.

I just finished the owl puzzle and I wanted to post my review. It looks good and I'm pleased that I persevered. Was a little frustrating at first getting use to the puzzle pieces but I figured it out. I downloaded the instructions from the site but I tossed them aside after a while, I found it easier to puzzle it out myself. Definitely more challenging than I was expecting as I had to hold it together, I expected the pieces to lock together and hold. The pole helped when I was 3/4s through I screwed what I had so far to the log and added to the top. Pleased...yes, challenge...yes, fun...jury's out on that. Some English help would have made it more fun.

Although I am sure this will be lovely when completed, it has been very difficult for me to put together. There are no instructions in English and no numbers on pieces. You have to look at pictures and try to figure out what goes where but there is also a catch to this as pieces have two sides and since puzzle is clear plastic, it is hard to distinguish which side goes where. I am glad I purchased but it is definitely a real challenge for puzzlers.
