Unbelievable automatic watch for so little coin
It's unbelievable to me how they can make an automatic watch that looks this good for so little money. Mine keeps perfect time, and stays wound throughout the day as I wear it. When off my wrist during the night it loses its energy and is always stopped when I wake up (about a 5 hour reserve; much less than advertised). Sometimes the date seems to not want to advance along with the time either, but will advance with the crown pulled to the first click and rotated counter clockwise. These small inconveniences don't matter to me as I realize the limitations of such a cheaply manufactured watch. Also, I don't wear it every day and I don't mind setting the date and time for the day and then winding it before I put it on. If I'm in a real hurry I'll just grab a quartz watch for the day. Anyways, the band is rather cheap but looks fine at a distance and could be easily replaced. When looking through the back window of the watch you can see the movement ticking along and there are some visible rubies too. I hope this watch lasts at least a couple years as I really like the way it looks, similar to the Longines Master Collection design! The good thing about Amazon is if it dies in the first month of ownership, I will return it. After that, there is a 6 month warranty included with the watch from the manufacturer. And after that, well, it is cheap enough to just buy another as it would cost much more than the watch's value to get it serviced. So overall, a great disposable mechanical watch for nice occasions. The watch arrived on July 12 and I will update this review if and when it completely dies. So far so good!Update 2-16-2022: it's still alive, but I only wear it once every 2-3 months. Still looks nice and keeps good timeUpdate 7-4-23: second hand got hung up, time stopped advancing , after winding started working again but I don't really trust it anymore for relying on time keeping. I only wear it a couple times a year now. Face still looks nice, band isn't very comfortable, very plastic feeling, shows wear after only a few uses.

It does not work !
Stay away. For the money being self winding, it’s worth the chance. I was wrong! It does not work! Ya you could shack it and wear it all day but by morning after a 5 hr sleep. It’s dead. Three nights in a row. The band is ugly and stiff. Maybe if you heat it with a hair dryer before putting it on, it may bend enough to latch it. The casing is uncomfortably thick, enough to stop a bullet. Even if a bullet hit it it wouldn’t break it because it’s already broken!

Very Good Price/Performance Mechanical Watch
I've had this watch about a half a year. In terms of value for price, it is an excellent watch. I must emphasize "value for price". There are better mechanical watches on the market. But all of them cost more, and some cost a lot more. So my five stars is based on what I got, for the price I paid, not a relative measure versus other mechanical watches. This watch runs over 24 hours on a full wind just sitting still. If I wear it, and take advantage of the auto wind feature, it keeps it going. I can't ask for any more than that in terms of "working".As for performance, it runs about 1.8 sec fast per hour on a full wind, and tends toward 2.5 as the spring unwinds; I expected the opposite, but it actually runs faster as the spring power decreases. Overall, I expect it to runs about forty to fifty seconds fast per day. This is fine for a watch at this price point. Second had does not hack. The stem is difficult to pull out. I actually have to use a small precision screwdriver for this purpose. If you don't have strong fingernail, popping the crown might be difficult for you. The detentes for time and date are very distinct, and the set movement is light. Winding resistance is somewhat heavy, but not too difficult."Leather" band is nice for this price point. Not stamped, so not sure if it's a leather grade or plether of some kind. Considering I've bought basic leather bands that cost more than the watch itself, this one does the job.I didn't have high expectations when I bought this watch, and so far it has exceeded them. Only time will tell if it continues. If you don't mind the issues I've described above, and are willing to sacrifice performance issues for price, this is a great watch.Looks are magnificent.

If you are really seeking an automatic watch this is not the one
I like the style and elegant look if this watch. The leather band is of good quality. The watch keeps accurate time but the automatic feature does not keep the watch operational on its own. The watch must be manually wound every other day other than that I like this watch very much.

It looks good, feels good and so far has proven quite ...
For under $20, it's hard to go wrong with this watch. It looks good, feels good and so far has proven quite accurate.I appreciate that it can be wound by hand unlike others, such as the Seiko 5. Why? Well, because it "unwinds" itself if allowed to. What I mean by this is if wound, then placed upside-down so one can watch the rotor, it will literally spin (while unwinding) for several seconds. This doesn't seem to happen when worn as it probably isn't in the position long enough to unwind. However, if placed down on a flat surface, it doesn't take much to get the rotor moving clockwise and one it starts and it's placed down, I don't think it would continue working for more than a couple hours even it fully wound prior to setting down. With that in mind, I wind it and place is on it's edge rather than flat and it runs fine for hours without movement. I'm guessing others are having this problem when they complain that it doesn't continue working for more than a couple hours at rest.Again, it's a good looking watch and it keeps accurate time. If it wasn't for the self-unwinding aspect, I would gladly given this watch a 4 or possibly a 5 star review. I've only had mine for a few days, so only time will tell how it holds up. I can tell the band will last long enough for you to find another to replace it with. I don't see the faux leather band lasting more than a few weeks.
