Liztek USB 3.0 4-Port Hub up to 5Gbps Transfer Rates

This is a pretty decent little hub. I've had it for a few months now, and it performs pretty well with a few exceptions:Pros -Data transfer rates are at, or sometimes even above, what's listed. This depends on the device you have hooked up to it.The form fit is very low profile and is extremely easy to set out if you have a cluttered desk like minethe cables are pretty much straight forward as you would expect.Cons -Charging is an issue with this hub. Some devices work exceptionally well and charge rapidly. I have two portable batteries that it charges up in a few minutes, even though the documentation for those devices says 4 to 6 hours. However, when I hook up my cell phone (HTC One M8) or my Kindle Fire (5th Gen), while the data transfer rates are exceptional, charging the battery is literally an all day affair, even without the devices being close to empty.Overall -Overall, I've given this hub 4 stars. It works as expected and has exceptional transfer rates, which I absolutely love. The low form design and the 7 USB 3.0 hubs make the device an exceptional addition, and bang for the buck, it's one of the best deals going for a hub out there. If the charging was faster, I'd gladly give it 5 stars.

So far this has been a great little device. My laptop is on a shelf under my desk, so I wanted something that would make it easy to connect things like thumb drives, external drives and my USB headset. I also wanted a device that supported USB 3.0 and had a port that would charge my phone quickly. It has all of those, and it works great! It also has one of the longer USB cables out of the other devices I researched, which for me was a requirement due to the location of my laptop.My only complaint is that the high current charging port does not also double as a data port. It would be nice to interface my phone to the computer while charging it quickly.

Pretty much what I was looking for. Something powered, that I can access from my desktop. I was sort of surprised about it's size. It's larger than I was thinking it would be so if space is tight, take the measurements into account. Also, it needs some grips on the bottom as it tends to slide around a lot. Other than that, really like the dedicated power port and works great for my USB sticks.

Nice looking. I have been able to get good throughput with it. It does come with its own power adapter. I would have given this 5 stars if it could charge devices when not connected to a computer.*UPDATE--It looks like the issue of charging was with my iPhone 6s plus and not the USB hub. I was able to charge one of our battery packs through the USB hub without the hub being plugged into a computer. I have increased my review from 4 to 5 stars.

I use this 7 port hub to connect both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 devices and it works very well. I haven't used all 7 ports simultaneously but I have connected 5 devices (scanner, CF Card reader, label printer, 2nd wide label printer, USB Camera, iPhone and iPad). I have transferred photos from a CF Card 3.0 reader at 100mb/s rate. I charge my iPhone/Pad from the hub as well.Well built, works out of the box, and does the job

Truely plug and play. My old USB Port expander decided that it had two ports for each existing port with identical devices in all the ports with no devices connected. I picked up the Liztek 7 port expander, plugged it in and away I went. It works great and the externap power supply allows my devices to charge quickly. With quick response time, fast shipping, and a great product, this was a pleasant transaction.

I bought two of these hubs as I have lots of peripherals. Both units worked very well, but one of the units failed after a few weeks. Fortunately this is during the return period, so I am getting a replacement. If one of the units had not failed, this would have been a 5-star review. But until the Chinese learn quality control, this is what we have to put up with.

Excellent, far exceeded my expectations. I love the inclined design which is convenient for easily inserting and removing flash drives. The charge port is awesome. I use it to quickly recharge my cell phone while working. The hub is solidly constructed, has a small footprint, and is aesthetically pleasing. Great choice for a USB hub.
