Big Knits: 20 Stylish Designer Knits in Generous Sizes Using Rowan Yarn

Unlike the title, there's lots in this book for those of us who aren't "big". I like the ability to "size up" for looser fitting garments so the larger sizes being available suit me just fine. However, if your 4'11" and weight 100 lbs...this is not your knitting book😄. There are at least 3 garments that I will knit for sure and another 3-4 "maybe" knits. These days if I find 3 doable patterns in a book, I'm happy! This ones a keeper.

Lots of patterns easy to read

It gave me some good ideas, especially sizing.

The book has very nice patterns and a wonderful variety. Martin Storey is one of my favorite Rowan designers.

Pretty designs but perhaps "big" needs to be redefined, as these designs are not big enough. Why, oh why can't someone design pretty things for zoftig gals? Oh wait - go to BrooklynTweed.com to find many stylish patterns, some sized up to 56".
