This is my firsts time using anything like this. I got it out of desperation of what I'm guessing was the start of a sinus infection after a cold. A very unpleasant smell was lingering in my nose and everything that had a good or bad odor translated to varying degrees of that one unpleasant smell trapped in my nasal passage. This was easy but pretty unpleasant to use. It was at least a familiar feel, reminding me of the sensation of jumping into a swimming pool without holding my nose. After a single use, the offending odor which had been driving me mad was cleared out of my nose good for days which was a huge relief. I think I may do another application soon as the smell may be coming back a little now. I think the saline solution affected my sense of smell and taste for about a day with my senses being dulled, but the rotten smell was immediately replaced with a very clean smell and sensation which was a huge relief to me. I had thought if I like this, I might invest in one of those fancy motorized ones but I don't think I see the point. This was simple and effective with little clean up when done over my bathroom sink. I will continue to use this and plan to buy another one just like it once I've used up all the saline packets that came with this one. The only thing I couldn't figure out was the included temperature strip. I could never really get it to work but its pretty easy to get a good sense of a good temperature by holding my hand under the faucet first anyway. I imagine using similar tricks as warming a baby bottle should be adequate.

So I wanted to try a thing similar to a neti pot and I was so so pleased with this. Since this is my first time using one of these I was not sure what to expect, but lord was I amazed. First and foremost it is a very strange feeling going up your nose and having to breath while doing it. Almost initially made me feel like I was gonna drown or something. I think its just the initial shock of tilting your head while squirting that up inside your nostril. I just followed the directions, breathed out my mouth while doing it and can I just say the instant relief I had was amazing! My nostrils on both sides were so cleared out just wow! Totally recommend this to anyone that wants to try it!

This takes a little getting used to. I did have to squeeze the bottle and the button to get it to work well. This can make it a little challenging to use but at least the bottle is setup to have gravity help. The temperature sticker doesn't work at all which was a little disappointing. I use room temp distilled water to do this and it feels a little cold. It does help unclog your nose/passages. However, if they are inflamed and you feel stuffy, it doesn't help that much.

The simplest solution is always the best. I've had a Navage unit for a couple of years now and have been so frustrated with it during that time. I follow the instructions to the letter and half the time, I can't get it to turn on because the 'on' button wont depress and I'm forced to open it and dispose of the pricey saline cartridges.No more dealing with that POS thing. Now that I have this Waterpulse Neti Pot, it works each and every time and there's no batteries to replace.If you're thinking about sinus irrigation look no further than this very simple device. Cleaning your nasal passages shouldn't have to be complicated (or battery powered).

I fell for stuff I saw on social media and bought this when I was sick. Wasn’t expecting much, but felt like I was able to breathe so much better after using it. I know it’ll be good to have on hand for the next one.

I had never used a Neti pot and when I looked to purchase one this seemed so logical and easier to use. It definitely is. Works great and it’s really helped me.

Works ok, but not great. Should have spent more money and got a better nose flusher. Instructions are garbage. Would have been better if they had none. Thank God for YouTube. Live in the sw desert. Was hoping this was going to help with my allergies and f..Ed up sinuses from the dry air. Helped a little bit not like expected. Massaging my sinus points works better. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get a good one.
