Tim Holtz - Sizzix SIZZIX THINLITS Dies BRNCH, Pine Branch

I have not used them, so not a good review yet. They look nice and I expect great cuts.

This is a beautiful die set. However, the branches are time consuming to cut out and get all the little pieces out, especially when backed with Sizzix adhesive sheets. These were needed to insure total laying down of the design. The pine cones were not as hard but as I needed sixty of these, it was quite a job. Also, made my Vagabond 2 sounded horrible although I used my precision base plate so had to do by hand on my Big Shot and that caused pain in wrist. Again, beautiful when finished but not sure it is the right set for making a lot of the same cards.

I like the acorns but I used 4 different die cut machines on the branches and none of them cut through.Update: Sizzix tips said to place wax paper between material and die. I did this and they come out beautifully.

Creates a lovely image but with too much white space. So very time consuming to weed out between each cut, I won't likely use this for card making more than once or twice.

Love Tim Holts products. His stencils are a little more expensive, but the details in them are worth it, as well as the versatility.

Easy to use. Love different ways using the pinecones and the branches can be used with or without the set!

used clear embossing powder to make the branches a bit more durable and textured. Like this die set

Llegó a tiempo y en perfecto estado el producto. Las ramas de pino no se cortan bien a pesar de pasarlas en varias ocasiones por la máquina, definitivamente hay que usar tijeras. Aún así recomiendo el producto vale la pena la compra.
