Easy to install, and makes the Taco sound throaty too!
The media could not be loaded. I love it, for now of course, gotta see what the future holds for it. It was easy to install as the manufacturer has stated, and makes my Tacoma sound awesome. And to those complaining about it coming in all scratched up, it's exhaust, so long as the catty is fine and the tips too, then don't worry about it.P.S. since they come in all chromed up, I recommended going down to NAPA or an auto parts store and picking up some high heat resistant spray paint (500 to 750 degrees will do), that way you can prevent any issue with rust showing up down the road.

Now low rumble when putting around town.
Use a deep socket with a breaker bar to tighten the clamps down good and tight after you get the pipes just where you want them to stay. Also make sure the tips are at the last inch of so of the exhaust pipe. If you put the tips too far up the pipe you will end up with a terrible raspy sound, come to find out. Gas milage won't change either way since it is a cat back system. I was really surprised that this system actually sounds and flows like a dual exhaust. When you downshift and get on the gas this system is 4 out of 5 loud. And cruising at 70mph you know it's there but to me the sound belongs in this truck, if that make any sense. I am keeping the stock pipe/muffler for a year or so just in case I decide I've had enough of the rumble. So far I don't see that happening.

Great exhaust for a bolt on kit. Need to Grind factory OE flange for this to work on 2022 Tacoma
Ok, I watched serval install video on the FLOWFX Dual exhaust kit. However they should add a foot note that the factory exhaust pipe side for the OE exhaust flange from Toyota needs to be ground down for the new Flowmaster exhaust pipe to bolt to the factory flange. Not a big deal but I would not attempt with a Sawzall only a 4 inch or bigger power grinder. I decided to back my Tacoma up on some ramps the chock the front wells. Also presoaked bolts and rubber Hangars you must buy a Exhaust hangar removal tool makes it super easy for adjustments and removal of factory exhaust. 2nd issue follow the directions and tighten the exhaust flanges but leave them with enough play to make adjustments at the end when the entire system is in place. The drivers side exhaust hanger leave it about 1/4inch loose so you can adjust the pipe going over the rear axle and the muffler. So with that said the Drivers side pipe kept moving fwd/back after I tightened the pipe over the rearend. So if you have a 4 door shortbed you can use the EXTRA EXHAUST clamp for the long bed model. I ended up placing 2 Exhaust clamps for the Drivers side exhaust pipe. This made it easier to adjust fwd/back spacing for the rear spare tire and the muffler is slightly tilted up on the passenger side to add with both dual pipes being level and even. So with that said sounds good, a little louder than I expected on the lower RPMS but instant Throttle response, acceleration is less lethargic. So yes I would buy 1 if you want more power and I believe I should see some fuel economy improvement as well. Post pics of install later.

Throaty, deep, and smooth looking dual exhaust
Very deep tone outside and inside. The drone is there without a doubt. Adjusted how i drive by having a light foot and it is how the tacoma should sound. When i punch it, it roars especially in tunnels!Seller helped with issues right away and got it fixed quickly. I am also running a trd cai straight through intake.i bypassed that silencer box thing. I may get a couple of baffles to tone it down a bit or just end up getting a milder sounding muffler. I daily drive my taco for now so im not worried about it when i get my daily driver car back soon.

2018 Toyota Tacoma double cab long bed
I have a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 6ft long bed. 1st of all ups guy deliveried my package at wrong unit, when it says real clear on the barcode my unit number. Is this guy an idiot or is he just playing stupid . Anyways I got my package the next day nothing was damaged. So far it’s an easy install it took me about 2hrs. It sounds awesome and the dual exhaust make it look cleaner👍🏽

Damaged goods
First of all, the box came all damaged and open. The parts inside were dented and had scratches on them. Very disappointing after all the money and time I put into this purchase. Buyer beware.

MIGHT HAVE TO WELD
The media could not be loaded. This says that you can do it yourself. You can. Kinda. Ive put other exhausts on my truck in the past to try to find the perfect sound, so im not a stranger on how to install them. The muffler inlet pipe fit perfectly and clamped into the muffler fine, the passenger side exhaust clamped fine, but the driver side exhaust where they join together over the rear axle would slip out every time I tightened it. I was using a 1/2 inch milwakee fuel impact, and that wouldnt even stop it from slipping out. I ended up getting frustrated after 3 hours of trying to get these pipes together and brought it to my local muffler shop. I had him tighten the clamp down with a 1 inch air gun and also had him tack weld the pipes together on top of over tightening the clamps. Thats an extra $150 on top of the money spent on this system. So just beware that this could happen to you too. the passenger side still wiggled a little even after being clamped down before being welded. Now in terms of sound. Its awesome. No drone at 60-75mph. Not overly loud to where someone on the phone can hear it or you cant have a conversation with someone in your cab, but loud enough to where you can hear it when you get on it. I will update on the cold starts when the weather gets colder and also if anything has come loose or rusted. Overall a good system but wished that the install was a little easier in terms of do it yourself.EDIT- here are some go pro sound clips. Nothing done to the truck other then I take exhaust and very slight tuning
