I was advised by my osteopath to get a pillow for a side sleeper - "it needs to fill the space between the bed and your head" was my instruction. To be honest I didn't know where to start, so many different types available at very varying prices.I chose this one, as it was very competitively priced and looked good & sounded ideal. I have not been disappointed, it is very supportive (in a comfortable way) and stops your head from rounding around. I have found it very comfortable for sleeping on my back and for side sleeping (it stops by shoulder from hurting, which was the aim for me). I was worried about the memory foam making my head hot, but I would say it is cooler than my previous feather pillow. It feels firm compared to feather but I soon got used to it.I took it to show my osteopath to check it was doing what she intended it to do and she was so impressed, she thought she would buy herself one! I have just ordered another for my mother-in-law, who said it stopped her rolling over to her tummy, which she finds uncomfortable.Comes with a nice removeable cover but I put it inside my usual pillow slip for easy washing.I am not a tummy sleeper, so therefore can't comment on the tummy sleeping comfort. But all in all excellent value for money and well worth it for a great undisturbed nights sleep. I can't recommend it enough, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for pain relief, is because I have arthritis and many aches and pains which have eased but of course not gone away. (I didn't understand the 'stretch' rating)

I have been a snorer for years keeping my husband awake and always wake up with a really dry mouth and I know I twist my neck into all sorts of unhealthy positions because I am used to sleeping on a number of big huge pillows thinking I find it comfortable. I have waited a few weeks before reviewing to really find out how it works for me. I chose this pillow because of the positive reviews. When I unfolded it, I saw that it was so flat and low down compared to how I've been sleeping but willing to try anything to improve my sleep quality and trusted the science of it. The first night was uncomfortable and felt weird trying to ensure I was in the right position and even a little achy . However since that first night it has been amazing for my sleep. I feel rested , no longer wake up desperate for a drink of water and my husband says he no longer wakes up because of my snoring so it has to have alleviated this due to proper positioning of my head. It is low down but when you become used to it you realise how damaging lots of pillows are to the alignment of your spine. You won't regret this purchase !

I’ve reserved reviewing since I used it for a while. 2 weeks in and I love it. My bed is a year old and is perfect, but recently I was waking with neck/shoulder and hip pain and being kicked by hubby due to my snoring. I’ve been using this and waking up pain free, I pro dominantly sleep on my right side and my right shoulder would be agony on morning, not now! It arrives very flat, leave it to settle and it looks quite high. But honestly, being short and rather plump I didn’t think it was going to work but it does. I wake up not necessarily jumping out of bed, I never have but I definitely feel so less ‘achy’ and feel like I’ve slept better and, hubby said I don’t snore half as much.. money well spent.

These pillows are ok - they are firm, shaped and quite comfortable. However, for me personally, I would prefer the neck section to be a bit deeper. They do help with snoring though (my husband now snores even more! haha)

As a front/belly sleeper, i have always had issues with pillows, and neck ache. Too soft, and i basically suffocate myself (therefore wake myself up) and too hard tends to mean i wake up with a numb face.So i searched for a front sleeper pillow, and saw this. I have always been hesitant to buy a memory foam pillow as have been told they were always a bit hot. But for the price of this, i thought, Why not.Its a bit of a weird shape, and doesn;t fit a normal pillow case very well (the case twists very easily around the pillow) and can become a tiny bit irritating.But for the first time in a long time, i feel comfortable lying on my back (can;t sleep like that though). sleeping on my front is much easier now, as i don;t sink into the pillow and suffocate myself (it is a tiny bit stiff though, and slightly lumpy is areas due to its shape, but it is supposed to be like that), and side sleeping is really comfortable (which i seem to be able to do more often now).The only down side, and maybe this is a suggestion also, unless its already provided and i have missed it. Is that it would be nice to be able to buy fitted pillow cases for it. It comes with one, but i don;t like using white pillow cases. maybe they are available, and i just havent spotted them.If you have issues sleeping, or have neck/back ache after a nights sleep. Its certainly worth trying this for the price. Its cool, comfortable. the shape may take a little getting used to. But once you realise the dents are for your shoulders to fit into snugly, and you find a nice position, i doubt you will be disappointed.

Very thin and flat. And smells strange. Not happy at all. Rip off.One month later. Binned it. Completely useless and uncomfortable. Waste of money.
