This book is a blessing to have and to read , I have learned a lot from this book and to my surprise I have been doing this for years under a different name ( Deacon ) at my church and yes I would recommend this book to church leaders.

This book is a true blessing. It is teaching me how to have the attitude, spirit and heart of a true servant. Every great leader must understand how to serve and follow. David was a great King, he was also a great armor bearer and servant.

Great book taught me what it means to aid your pastor and to be a servant. It is not about you, but anwsering a calling on your life and puting God first thru serving your church and paster.
