Excellent product for the serious cook.
Excellent product if you’re looking for flavor and keto friendly food. A bit Pricey, but so is bacon! I’ll use it sparingly and use my home rendered bacon grease for gravy, etc.

It is bacon grease. Good taste and melts down quickly in the pan and in the container unless you refrigerate it. I don’t refrigerate mine but whether liquid grease or solid grease it does what it is supposed to do. Adds flavor and adds a nice nonstick coating to the pan. I also use it for most of my cooking and not just steak or chicken but burgers and hotdogs and even pastas like mac & cheese, Alfredo and even some hamburger helper box meals.

I was hoping the product would be as described but when we opened the delivery box it was covered in live ants crawling all over and we had to quickly but it outside the house. Maybe if it was package more securely to prevent ants or other insects from the product would be better. Vacuum seal the product would of helped.
