Q: This is a left shoe is there a right shoe to match?

No. There is no definite toe direction

Q: Mine cracked after the first use? Is it not suppose to go in the freezer?

i have already cracked 2 of them while making 10 shoes! i still need to make 2. i have not put into the freezer. i do let it cool down and then i add to the fridge for just 20min before i take out of the mold. i wish i would not have started this project as its very painful.

Q: How big is the shoe itself?

It is the size of small woman's shoe. About maybe a size 5 or smaller. It fits nicely on top of a 8" cake, but is to big for a 6" cake.
