New Invention Expands Height and Length Shoe Stretcher (1 unit)

Works! I have a high instep and it made wearing my favorite clogs miserable. I just successfully stretched my leather patten sanitas. I was ready to sell them because they dug into my instep. I didn't use any spray. I inserted the shoe stretcher and cranked it as tight as it would go. Over three days I would tighten it as much as I could. Whether the stretch stays is yet to be seen but at least I can wear them now. Even if I have to re-stretch them.

The product works as described and I have used it in several pair of shoes. If you have a lot of trouble getting shoes to fit, I recommend you get two types of stretchers: 1) a “MARZ Products Mens' Large Shoe Tree Stretcher Shaper “ and 2) a “New Invention Expands Height and Length Shoe Stretcher”. Number 1 stretches side to side and number 2 stretches the instep (top of foot at arch) upwards. Both will stretch length. My feet are slightly different shapes and both have very high arches and high insteps. Between the two I can get most shoes to fit very comfortably. I used “Kiwi SELECT Universal Shoe Stretch” with the stretchers, and it seemed to make the stretching go more quickly. It takes a day or so, with some continued tightening of the stretcher to get a large amount of change. Most shoes tend to shrink back after a while but you can just re-stretch them. I’ve even had success on some tennis shoes, although they tend to need re-stretching sooner.

I am not used to plastic, as I have expensive shoes and the wooden and metal accessories are much higher quality.These exceeded my expectations in both strength and usefulness.These stretched my Wesco Romeo's, that are 3 layers of bridle leather, a full width size and half a length size in just a few hours per shoe(using permanent stretching spray both inside and outside).I'm not sure why there are reviews with less stars because only one is being sold, not a pair. That makes perfect sense and is quite obvious.I recommend this as a good back-up/travel stretcher, but be warned that the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the sharp edges. They don't come in contact with the shoe, but are easy to slip on to if you aren't paying attention when installing it.

I will preface by saying that I didn't realize when I ordered this product that it only came with one shoe stretcher, however every other shoe stretcher I looked at in the same price range came with two and I didn't think to check because why would you stretch one shoe at a time, that would mean double the amount of time to stretch a pair of shoes.Also once I bought the same product again so that I could stretch both shoes at the same time the pieces that came with it to stretch the upper part of the shoes were not the same, so I cannot use that part unless I want to do one shoe at a time, again, why would you want to do that.I would not recommend this product.

I have high arches and extra wide feet. I had never purchased this kind of thing before. I'm pleasantly surprised that my shoes now have more room after using this.

Seems sturdy even though is plastic, be careful, it has some rough borders and you can cut yourself. It is just 1 unit, I miss that info, and assume that logically were the pair, BUT, NO; IS JUST ONE!

I was looking for a stretcher that would expand the height of the shoe. I worked with it for a couple of nights, but I wasn't getting the sizing I was looking for. I took it to a shoe repair and they had it done in 20 minutes! I feel like I wasted my money purchasing this stretcher.

Purchased a pair of expensive fins for a friend - the foot pockets were too tight.. I picked up a pair of these and she was able to stretch out the pockets fairly easily over time. Great save on the fins.
