Love my E-Tron - but the Audi Tech needs help, or a ChargePoint
Love my Audi E-Tron. The car is outstanding. However, Audi should hire some High School kids to rewrite their phone app. Before getting the ChargePoint, I was pulling my hair out attempting to schedule charging. When I had my Tesla, I couldn't understand why anyone needed a home charger. Well, I won't own a Tesla again so I found out - LOL. My only complaint is that the ChargePoint app won't allow two units for a single user ID. I'm constantly logging out of one, and into the second. That's a pain, but one I can live with.

Great charger (car not listed in app but doesnt matter)
Loving this charger. I have it set to 40A and is fast enough for daily uasge. The app that accompanies it is simple and easy to use and great for tracking charge history. I also like the fact that I can reference my electric company and it asks for the plan i’m on - it then automatically sets a schedule to avoid peak charge rates and uses the correct cost per kwh for my specific plan when showing charging activity. My car (cadilac vistiq) isn’t listed in the available cars in the app yet (from some online searches this seems to be a common problem for recently released EVs). However the specific car choice only seems to affect the estimate of miles from kwh when looking at charge activity (kwh and estimated cost are probably more useful anyway). If the app developers can’t keep up with OEM vehicle releases then would be good if they let the user optionally specify car specs manually. Overall very happy with this charger.

Two Years and Still Outstanding! And Safe For Kids!
An often not mentioned great feature about the ChargePoint charger is that the cable and plug do not become energized with electricity until the plug is inserted into an EV, and it "handshakes" with the car, confirming that plug is properly inserted. I found this reassuring that will little kids around there was no fear that if, in spite of rules to the contrary, they found the big plug inviting to take off the wall and examine without an adult around, and that there would be no fear of electric shocks from a 220 Volt line. This unit has worked very reliably for two years now. There was one time a couple of months ago where it was blinking a different color, and a quick call to customer support said it just needed to be rebooted which only required either unplugging or switching off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds. The unit rebooted, and everything was back to normal. Highly recommend.

Terrible quality, non-existent support, $600 garbage piece
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Never again. Don't read reviews of people who posted it while owning this for less than a year!!!Charger worked Ok for 1/2 a year and then problems started. Customer support is non-existent. You can create issues - those are never responded to. You can call them and stay forever on the line till the call fails. There's no support, no maintenance, devices are garbage. You will be unable to subscribe to any EV-support programs with your electricity provider, as they will require to share statistics with them and Charge Point home charger will work with your wifi for couple months then will turn into a brick with no connectivity. And again, support in non-existent. I'm trying to reach them, out for A YEAR already and have not received a single response yet.It will stop charging randomly and you will not get ANY notifications. At all. You will just wake up to an empty battery. You will have to power-cycle it (as in switch your circuit breaker off for 15 mins and then on) FEW TIMES EVERY DAY. You can't leave it working for the night, as it will randomly stop charging and you'll realize you have nothing to drive in the morning.Get ANY of other manufacturers, I have my friends using quite a variety of others - this is by far the worst and the most expensive. This is $600 garbage box.

Ev charger
I ordered the charger on Tuesday morning and received it the next day. Hung it up and plugged it in and had a full charge the next morning I would recommend it to anyone considering an electric vehicle

Worked for six months
This worked flawlessly for six months then the WiFi, Bluetooth, and charging all stopped working. I have gone back and forth with Chargepoint support which has consisted of them giving me auggestions, me telling them they didn’t help, them claiming I didn’t respond, we telling them again, them suggesting I try something they already suggested, etc. all with several days going by between messages.edit: right after I submitted this, I received an email from support and I called them this time. My emails were routed to a different case somehow. I am supposed to receive a replacement soon.
