This resistance bands is really great quality! it is a fabric material rather than rubber, so it actually stay in place while you work out. Other bands that I’ve tried are rubber and tend to roll down your legs pulling at your skin (or leg hair if you’re a man). Very pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend it!
