used for coyote hunting with lots of snow on the ground. went out without them a few times and it was miserable, darn near had a heart attack walking up the valley with that much snow on the ground. would not do without them again. the shoes are of high quality and very easy to put on and take off which to me is a big deal. thanks, uwe

Own three pairs of Redfeather snowshoes! These are the same shoe but different bindings then the ones I purchased from Sports Authority. These are extremely cool looking snowshoes! I like the ease of use and the bindings along with the smoking good looks. Quiet and light snowshoes. Not like the wooden style that flap along and made my hips sore. I sold those and bought Redfeathers in a 30 inch no sore hips or issues. I like the Redfeather better than the other brands I tried before purchasing the Redfeathers. This company makes a great product here in the USA and employs disabled individuals. Redfeather is also a totally nonprofit from what I read about them.We use our Redfeathers in deep snow, powder and crusty snow they have performed extremely well for what i use them for. Ice cleats really help when crossing on ice or slick trails. I would purchase from Redfeather again.No I do not work for the company and did not get a free pair of snowshoes for my review!!!!!Would purchase from this made in the USA company again!
