Evercore: Low Back Support - Lumbar Roll - Small or Medium - Ergonomic Design, Maintains Shape Overtime, Helps Improve Posture

I purchased the small, soft Evercore Low Back Support back in October and have been using it for 2 months. I work a desk job and needed something to remind me to stop slouching and lounging in my desk chair because it was affecting my back, neck, and hips. I've also recently incurred a hip injury due to running and am working on better alignment of my hips with a physical therapist.This has been a great product to keep me mindful of how to sit during the day! It's soft enough that it doesn't hurt my lower back but firm enough that I can't squish it into nothing. The round design is better than any pillow I've tried in the past. I have an ergonomic chair at work and this has formed well to that chair without affecting the integrity of the product. I did try to use it on my couch at home as well but found that to be a bit more difficult with two squishy surfaces. While you should always consult a physician if you are injured, I've found these videos to be a great supplement between sessions with my own physical therapist. I put this on the driver's seat in my car, and it definitely makes driving more comfortable. I sit taller in my chair and don't feel any lower back pain. I especially notice the difference on long drives. The only issue is that because the seat in my car is contoured, it doesn't really stay up in place. Not a big deal - i just put it where I want it whenever I sit down.

I started using Evercore’s Lumbar roll as soon as it arrived. It comes in a soft, plastic carrying case, which is great if you want something to store it in between uses. Set up was quick and easy. Simply undo the clip, adjust the strap to fit the chair you’re using, and re-clip it. I’m using mine in the driver’s seat in my car, and the adjustable strap is more than long enough. The roll itself is pretty thick, but it’s soft. It takes some getting used to, but the support it provides feels great after working out at the gym or a long day of being hunched over in an office chair. It’s inexpensive and simple to use - I’d recommend it to others.

Small and medium are exactly the same size. What's with that? Good product but the medium was too big so I ordered the small. So now I have 2 that are not the proper size. Sending them back.

The product itself seems pretty self explanatory, but the user manual and instructional videos help out a lot and teaches you how best to utilize the Roll.I just started my first office job and immediately starting having back pain; on a complete whim I purchased this product. It seemed like the best back support that I could easily travel with and wash, and since it was created by a doctor, it had more credibility in my eyes. After using it, it has completely surpassed all my expectations. My back doesn't hurt at the end of the day, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my posture. The foam is a perfect balance between soft and firm, and the strap allowed me to place it in the correct position for me. I highly recommend this product for anyone.

Pbought this product to replace an old lumbar support product I used while traveling for my job. The foam is perfect density, very reactive and stable. Plan to use in my car as it was great on my first flight since purchase.

Product was shipped and delivered very quickly! I ordered the small roll which is perfect for my body size! I am 5 feet 3 inches and weigh around 130 pounds. I use the roll in my car for long car rides which I do 3+ times per week. Very easy to adjust and strap into my car and different size chairs. Also provides great support in chairs I use while studying for long periods of time. The lumbar roll provides my lower back with support and I feel my whole posture improves while using the roll. Will definitely continue to use and am recommending it to family and fellow classmates studying for long periods of time.

I ordered this several days ago but wanted to give myself some time using it before leaving a review. I am an active person but still spend a lot of time sitting in an office chair and in the evenings I spend a good amount of time prepping food and cooking. After a while my lower back really starts to ache. Most other lumbar supports I've tried are actually pretty uncomfortable to me personally as I have a small back and some of the ones that are a specific shape tend to not really fit well for my lower back or they are too stiff and make my sitting time even more uncomfortable. This one is actually the most comfortable lumbar support I've used. The inside is a soft foam that's comfy to lean back against, the outside is really soft to the touch as well for overall all around comfort and support. Highly recommend!
