Does the writing bleed through the page on standard copier paper?

I use these to take notes nearly every day at work and the only bleed I see in my steno pad is from whenever I press harder than usual, but even then the bleed is very minor. I am assuming that standard copier paper is thicker than what's in my steno pad.

What's the color of the body is it black? Looks blue in the picture

The majority of the pen is black - the blue and / or red stripe at the very top tells you what color the ink is. Black ink pens have a white stripe.

Is this a ballpoint type ink? In my line of work only ballpoint is allowed as it is considered indelible. Will this be good?

Yes this is a good pen. I have went through 2 packs of them in a little over 1 year. I used blue ink and I had to fill out inspection books. There is 3 copies for one inspection and you can read it on all copies.

Description states, "extra fine point, 0.7mm, blue ink." other sellers refer to the 0.7 as "fine point." are these the same as a 0.7mm fine point?

Per Uni-ball, 1.0mm is "Bold", 0.7mm is "Fine", and 0.5mm is "Extra Fine".
