So very natural and is 100% cotton
WOW!! Macrame cord. This roll is 5mm x 100 metres. What I love about this is it looks so very natural, it's actually made from 100% natural cotton.I just love the natural colour and everything about it.If you are like me, a complete begineer you can find patterns to make things with macrame on Amazon. There are some Owl patterns that I intend to try, they look impressive but when you see the instructions they don't look hard to make. Can't wait to have a go.You can also do knotting, weaving and crochet with this roll of macrame cord.If you found this review helpful, please tick the box below. Thank you.

Good quality natural cotton macramé cord with many craft and practical uses
This is a rather large roll of natural cotton cord, by the Craft Experts brand, that contains 100 metres of twisted cotton that is perfect for macramé - but could have many other uses too. This Chinese-made cord is a 100% natural cotton product with the four-strand cord having a 5mm width – my wife has been using it in the garden and it is ideal for tying back all manner of plants at this time of year, and for creating climbing systems in the spring and summer. Currently around a fifteen pounds from Amazon this Craft Experts Macrame Cord is decent value for the quality and versatility – perfect for DIY, craft uses, general tying or any other job where a natural type of cotton cord is required. Five stars for quality and value – you get a lot of cord for your money!

Marvellous material to work with
This cord is thick, soft and very versatile. In particular, it takes dye beautifully, so is invaluable for collage - it doesn't stiffen up when dyed, and so retains its flexibility beautifully. Undyed, its extreme whiteness contrasts excellently with the strong colours of acrylic. I've no interest in knotting, but I tried forming a few knots, and the cord moves under the fingers smoothly and easily, and any tightness of knot is achievable. Just holding this cord is a joy, working with it, a delight.

Very Good For A Beginner
This is my first time doing macrame so I wanted to use a thicker cord being a beginner. I wanted to make Christmas decorations and found several to choose from online to which I watched a video of two. You get a really hefty roll of 100% natural cotton cord which at 100 metres long and 5 millimetres thick is going to last a while. Each strand is made up of four further twisted cords and can be used for a variety of uses. Wrapped like a big roll of twine on a cardboard tube this is easy to store. Really nice and soft to the touch and didn't dry my hands out with use.
