The screws that they sent me were too short so I’m having to send it back… Of course, after taking off my old lock and prepping door according to instructions. UPDATE: after Amazon sent me a replacement unit, the screws in that unit were too short also and I ended up buying my own screws. Now, five months later, the push down mechanism inside of the door handle broke locking me out of my own house. Do not purchase. The picture attached is the small piece that broke off inside.

Style very handsomeinternal drive shaft in two pieces and came loose and non functional. Set screw didn't hold shaft together.Original mounting screws not long enough. Had to make some as were metric.Then lock failed and thumb lever broke. door and house locked. Had to break into house to open from inside.Dead bolt OK.Ordering Kuick set to replace it.Past return date. Building house and wasn't ready to install door handle and lock until this week.Bummed!

Thus far, we've only attempted to install the deadbolt, as the handle is going on a different door that is being painted. The lock and the handle are both gorgeous, and I was so excited when I received them! When we attempted to install the deadbolt on our 1 3/4" door however, we found that the screws they sent were not long enough to secure the lock. I reached out to Amazon customer service who directed me to the suppliers website. I emailed them to see if we could get longer screws, but a week and a half later have still not heard back. The screws are metric, and I was unable to find longer ones anywhere locally, so we went on to ultimately buy a different deadbolt from AmazonBasics that fits perfectly! Still waiting to install the handle, but I believe that will go on without a hitch. If you have a thinner door, I would recommend this set! It's nice and solid and has a gorgeous modern finish. Just make sure to measure your door first!

I’ve never purchased anything of such POOR quality from Amazon yet here it is, STILL being sold. I see like us, several others found the screws and the lock set mechanism that supposed to turn the deadbolt is so short it barely engages the lock so it’s WELCOME BURGLARS and GANGSTERS! Then within 4 days the knob on the handle just snapped off! There’s little that works with this product. Come on Amazon! Screen the lemon products and save us the cost we have to pay handyman to install this garbage twice, please! I’m out the expense of paying the sub contractor $50/hr on this too. Then I didn’t get my full refund. Run. Don’t buy!

The screws came too short, I was able to go to home depot and get stainless #10 32 x3" long screws to make due. Had to drill a new hole in my door for the bottom of the handle to go through as it didnt match my old hole. If the screws came the correct length I'd give 4 stars

Don’t waist your money!!!!Bought it in 2019 installed it in feb 2020 and in 3 months the door knob broke apart, a “ metal” piece completely broke off where you click on the door knob. It’s not even metal, it’s some cheap cheap quality good looking but horrible!!!The screws are too short for regular door, the bottom of the handle had to be screwed from the face side in order to install properly, but looks horrible from inside.Waisted $50 dollars, don’t make the same mistake!!! Will contact the seller but I’m sure it’s pointless, this china company probably doesn’t exist anymore, so much for Amazon multi million dollar company all the money goes to the greedy owners!!!

This door handle is terrible. It was difficult to install and the screws were too short like the other reviews said. Then after having it installed for only two months, the lever on the outside of the door snapped right off. Of course that was after the return window had closed too. Horrible quality. Just spend your money on a better product and don’t waste your time.

The front door handle set looks very clean cut modern look. The major default are the screws that attach the deadlock on the set are about .5” to short. You will need to purchase #10x32x 3” length screws to attach this to door in which are hard to find . I still need to paint black to match door.
