This product works for the most part but sometimes it just doesnt want to turn on. I bought the warranty but haven't had the chance to use it because for some reason the phone decides to work again. It's happened 3 or 4 times since December 2019. I'm just delaying using the warranty because it will suck to have to go without a phone.

Do not buy this phone.
Ive had this phone less than 2 months and the mic just decides when it wants to work. Because of this I've missed several work calls. Ive gone as far as fully rebooting this piece of junk and it didn't help.Zero Stars

Great phone Battery life not the best
Works great for the price you can't beat it. Battery life not the best but it's a common problem with lg phones.
