US style biscuits - UK buyers take note!
These are pricey, but very easy to whip up, and taste great.N.B these are not traditional biscuits in the British sense - they are US-style ‘biscuits’ which are basically a soft, savoury scone type thing you have on the side with your meal (soup, chili, stew etc). I like to add cheddar and chopped jalapeños to mine and eat them as a snack 🙂

So Delicious
Hubby and I had these with sugar free syrup, it was so good, and tasted exactly like having pancakes and syrup. :) It is a little pricey but if you are looking to take care of yourself, e.g. Hubby and I are both diabetic and try avoid both carbs and sugar to minimize the amount of medication we take, this is a lovely guilt free treat for us.

Yummy
I don’t know if it’s a cracker or a biscuit either but I do know they are delicious & the only down side is the price.I guess as they are pricey it could prevent a carb blow-out because they are very addictive!

A total waste of money
I can’t imagine where the cracker biscuit came from. These are just like soggy little cakes and very expensive with a not very pleasant taste! I obviously can’t return them as the packet has been helped used. Better to make your own with almost andCoconut flour

Just moved to a sugar free diet and this product helps!
Bought to make biscuits for those limiting carbs at Easter brunch and they were a hit. My teenager ate three. Easy to make and a sweet taste.

Delicious Biscuits!
Pleasantly surprised by how good these turned out! I managed to make 12 biscuits in total, and while it was delicious, it is also a bit expensive.Pros:- Delicious and low carb- Easy to bake, perfect for beginners- Relatively quick to make- Dry ingredients conveniently measure out- Ability to jazz up the recipe with additional toppings (e.g. cheese, chocolate chips, etc.)- Good outer crust, not dense- Easy to reheat throughout the weekCons:- Price- Only makes 8-12 biscuits (depends on how big you make your balls)- Batter is very sticky- Not exactly a biscuit texture- Baking times and temp may not work for everyone's ovens and biscuit sizesSome Tips:- Mix in 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese into the batter before rolling into individual balls and baking. My partner could not tell that these were low carb when they had it :)- Keep an eye on them as they bake so the outside does not brown too much. I baked mine for 20min and tested 1 scone (by cutting it in half and eating it) around the 15min mark. You don't want the inside to be gummy, but you also don't want them to burn on top.

Taste good
Yum. I almost ate all 10 in one day. I thought they would have rised more, but still tasty. Reminds me of cornbread.
