Works great for tricep push Downs
I use this on my Bowflex. It gives me a great tricep workout. I can hit the triceps from a few different angles. I highly recommend this. If you have any type of resistance equipment, you just can't beat the old school tricep rope

I use this in conjunction with a loading pin for isometric curls and it works flawlessly for that use. I don't anticipate any problems with it, seems quite solid.

Buy the longer one if you can...
I use this one quite often. At the beginning of breaking it in you might have to tighten the screws on each end ever so often so it doesn't come lose on you while doing a set. Once you break it end you really don't have to tighten too much. The feel is very comfortable on these. Obviously I used it quite often so I see a little bit of fraying. That is something you can't avoid but as long as it last me a good amount of time that reflects my money's worth I am happy. I recommend it!

I purchased the 27”. I wanted about a medium length I guess. It was exactly what I was looking for. Several years back I used this type when I was going to the gym so that’s what made me buy it for working out your upper arms. It was very affordable. Easy to attach to workout machine.
