I like it better than 8 later
Disclosure: I was asked to test this case and write a review.I am new to the raspberry pie world. So I started if by customizing my build. I got the canakit starter kit, the Smraza 9 layer case. After being invited I swapped to the new case. I really do like the 4 later case much more.Pros:Only 4 layers.I like darker cases so that was a plus for meComes with power supply (have a spare now)Comes with FanRubber footiesMost ports enclosedNew type of fastenersCons:Had to trim a sliver off for proper fitmentSee image with red circle

Great case
I read a lot of reviews saying that the raspberry pi 4 runs quite hot in comparison to the older generations. So I bought this case along side my first raspberry pi 4. Installing was a bit tedious as the screws area in from the bottom. But after I got it assembled I installed raspbian on my pi and ran a stress test and monitored temps during. All in all my pi settled out at around 43c which is nearly 40c lower than I read in many reviews with the fan configured for "low" 3v instead of "high" 5v. Fan noise is very minimal can nearly hear it 2feet away in a quiet environment. All in all I would highly recommend this case. It leaves all port accessible while providing excellent thermals and very little noise. Will be buying again with my next pi!Tl;DrGreat case, great thermals, tedious to install.

Nice case 1 Flaw
I purchased this case for my 1st raspberry pi 4b build. The case was easy to assemble, and I liked the black look. The fan is great and moves alot of air. The only problem I came across was once I assembled the whole build, the video would not boot. It was the area surrounding the micro hdmi ports that was to tight. Once I chipped that section out with a small hand saw, everything booted up fine. Cool little Ubuntu project. Hope this helps!

Premium feel!
I really like this case, it was a little hard to put together but it feels super premium and I like the fan it comes with. I keep it on the lower powered pins to keep my Pi a little more quiet. I was still able to overclock the pi even though it wasn't on full blast.

Good case for the Pi
Seems like a good case for the Pi, easy to get together, like that it is a screw case.Fan is noisy even when Pi is idle but that is what you get for low money.Ports, pins and SD card slot have good accessibility.Overall for what you pay it is good case, can't go wrong with it.

the quality of this unit is amazing
Absolutly the easiest case to build everything you need in one box. All the heat sinks and the fan setup super easy build. The case is tough and well vented it stays at 25° to 40° C OR 77° TO 104°F petty cool temps in my garage but tge little guy runs flawless. Also the power pack unit is great to have the on off switch.
