Disguise Men's Pitchfork Costume Accessory

I needed this for my husband's Poseidon costume. I covered all the red with gold spray paint and it looks much better. It is light and easy to carry around. It looks more realistic than other tridents that are plastic.

Great pitchforks! Very cool looking with our devil outfits! Don't look cheap and flimsy like many others out there.

Main drawback to this Pitchfork/Trident is it's handle length. The whole thing is only 48.5 inches. That's fine for a child's costume. Adults or teens may want to find a replacement handle or an additional piece.That said I didn't buy this for the handle. The Tip is the best Pitchfork/Trident I've ever encountered. Even in regular lighting it looks realistic. At night, at a Halloween Party, or in a haunted house it looks completely Mid-Evil. It looks like an arcane blacksmith forged the pieces and assembled them by hand.

A lot of costume accessories help you make your costume complete. Some accessories improve on your overall look making it complete while other accessories add a little something extra to the overall look.This particular item is not too bad. This item is made completely of plastic. When I received the item, it was in 2 pieces, which you snap together to make as one piece. The item stands about 3 1/2 feet tall in length once you snap the pieces together. The handle/pole is mostly hollow on the inside.My only real problem with the whole thing is that the item is very flimsy and even after you attach the 2 pieces, the handle bends a little and even after some attempt, it will always be a little lop sided. The plastic does not look very sturdy, feels as though any kind of rough play with it will break it easily. This item is just meant for display purposes, not for rough play action.

Bought this to use for an Aquaman Trident. Looks SO much cooler than pitchforks that are already golden. Cut the shaft down and fit it inside a longer slightly wider pvc pipe apx 55 -60 inches tall to the top point of the fork part is as tall as me or slightly taller at apx 70-72 inches. Spray painted the fork park gold and the new taller shaft black to match the DCAU Aquaman trident, pvc pipe cap also spray painted gold at the bottom. Hid the join with 5mm craft of spray painted gold as well, hot glued with gorilla super glue sticks.Got many compliments for con goers and asked where I bought it from, many surprised I made/modified the prop.

The fork was the icing on top of a great costume lol it added just the right touch. Good quality and sturdy

I have purchased many tridents but I think this may be the best. I take it places and people ask "hey where did you get that Trident"? It's nice to have a trident close at hand. While I would prefer metal, the plastic is better accepted at " high end restaurants" or other public venues!
