I like it! Very Comfortable! Got to follow directions to put it together though or it can be just a little more difficult to put together.

Unfortunately the last step in putting the seat itself together, the top section G that connects to the part that sits on the height adjustment is rather difficult and requires a bit of strength and a large adjustable pliers

I initially purchased another product from Amazon to replace my old home office chair. The other chair was good-looking and easy to assemble, but the lumbar support was anemic. I gave it away to a colleague's college-aged son. It works for him.This chair is excellent and very easy to assemble. The lumbar support is substantial and dynamically adjusts with the chair's recline. Sitting straight up and working, the support is comfortably firm. Tilted back, the support relaxes like reclining in a well-worn baseball mitt.The quality of the material, stitching, and padding is excellent.The lift range is longer than other chairs I've had, so finding a comfortable height for any activity is easy.I'm a guitar player and record at my desk, so the retractable arms are convenient. The back might appear to support the neck or head in the photos. It does not. I'm six feet, and the padded upper back settles comfortably at my upper shoulder blades.As I said in the headline, the chair is a bit larger than I expected for my little home office, but it's comfy.

I can frame a house and rebuild car engines, but assembling this chair took me 3 hours. The predrilled holes and preset nuts didn’t align properly, making the process frustrating. The promotional video shows a woman assembling it alone, but as a 180lb man, I found it challenging to lift and mount the chair onto the pedestal.I had to use a household hammer to get the actuators to slide in place. The cable brackets are located in the wrong place on the bottom of the seat making securing the cables to the bottom of the chair impossible. Once assembled, the chair has about an inch of rocking motion. The backrest feels like it has a cheap air bladder that expands and contracts when I try to rock, which actually provides half of that one inch of rocking movement. The height adjustment only offers two settings—high or higher—leaving my heels dangling an inch off the floor, even at the lowest setting.Disassembling it to return would likely take another hour and repacking it into the box sounds like a hassle. I might give it a day or two before I decide to break it down and send it back to the dungeon where it was packaged. That womans review video claiming that her dog races her to the chair now seems like a red flag—my dog doesn’t pay the bills, I do! If your office setup and productivity matter, avoid this chair.
