straight on the tray or crooked like he should which allows for the charging cord to tuck
Great product

I love Claptrap!
He holds a gaming mouse or controller really well! Anything around that size I would say is good for him to hold but I wouldn’t risk anything too heavy. Great for any borderlands fan!

Arm is bent
one of the Arms is bent and not even to hold the phone. works great as a controller Holder

Much larger than it looks in the advertising
The entire thing is mostly made of slightly flexible PVC plastic. It is very solidly built and does not tip over at all when "holding" my wireless controller. It is 7 1/2" tall (not including his antenna) and 5" inches wide. By comparison, the Funco Pop CL4P-TP is 2 3/4" tall (not including his antenna) and about 3" wide.I see a lot of these reviews complaining of the actual arms not supporting the weight of the controller... That's because they were not designed to. At all. The arms are decorative for the most part and sit to either side of the support devise that is actually meant to support the weight of a controller that pulls out of CL4P-TP's chest. If you just leave the support device inside the chest, he makes a perfectly serviceable pencil holder, eyeglass holder, rubber band holder, etc. If you want to support a phone, game controller, TV remote, etc., expect to employ the pull-out support strut to support the additional weight. If you use it as it was designed to be used, it's a nifty alternative to a plain support hook or other controller-holding device. And, it's CL4P-TP (which is a huge plus if you are a Borderlands fan).If you just want a cool CL4P-TP statuette for work or home, this is a great option too.

Really nice!!! Bigger and sturdier than I expected.
I've never played Borderlands... I'm just a fan of robots in general - and when I saw this, I thought it'd make a great addition to my desk. I wasn't wrong!Weighty, with heavy-duty construction, and bigger than I expected - it's awesome for a phone or small tablet stand. One issue a bunch of folks have mentioned - the hands are not even, so whatever you put in them is tilted. In the case of my phone - it's smooth, and kept sliding out of Claptrap's hands.I found a great workaround - Scotch restickable mounting dots. As you can see in the second pic, I cut one dot in half, and stuck each half to a hand. Phone sits nicely now, and doesn't get stuck to the dots, either.Overall - two big thumbs up!
