Mammoth

I really enjoyed this novel and found that the story moves at a good pace and the action builds consistently. I found that a lot of characters were introduced early in the book and it was initially a challenge to figure out who I should be invested in, but as the story progressed I got more into it and really felt for the characters and what they were going through by the end. Dewar does a good job of telling this story and definitely did his research. I agree that there is some need for editing. There are typos throughout and some jarring point of view shifts in some sections. Sometimes excessive explanation takes you out of the story too. But these instances are few. The overall story is compelling enough to make this worth the money. I look forward to reading Mr. Dewar's future books.
