Works As Promised
For some reason, the Amazon advertisement and the Seller's did not match. However the Seller kindly agreed to supply what was advertised by Amazon, sending me additional items. When I received a Remote, it did not work. I contacted Panasonic, the maker of the DVD recorder. They (via online chat) led my through Resetting the DVD Recorder to Factor Setup, suggesting that would help it to sync with the Remote. It DID NOT. In fact, it left me with a device that was in Factor Setup, with NO WAY to change it, as the Remote I had did not work. At that point, Panasonic said seeing that the Recorder was an older model, they could not provide any additional help. When I contacted the Seller for any suggestions, he was good enough to get a Remote and set it up to work immediately upon arrival. I have already used the DVD Recorder and it works great, recording an old family VHS. I am very happy with the DVD Recorder and all the Support provided by the Seller.

Arrived in like new condition
I am writing this after reading a negative review here on Amazon. My unit arrived looking absolutely new with everything as displayed in the offer.The unit worked perfectly as if new in the box. The only thing not included was a manual which I easily found on the Panasonic website.I have always found Panasonic equipment, very reliable, and this unit is no exception

unit Didn"t work and after returning the unit my refund was short $27

the fan not to run all the time.
when plugged up the fan want go off ever when you turn oof the power button . picture for vhs is little poor. what should i do ? to get fan to go off with upluging the machine.

In good working order.
The recorder was packed well. Looks new. Did not have a manual but sellers gave a link on where to find one when asked. Had to use YouTube to connect to smart tv. Hardest part was finding channel 3. Not technical savvy so took awhile. Replacing one I had but didn’t have all vhs tapes transferred yet when it quit working. Happy to find another.
