Not that impressed but maybe it will work
The 5 boards arrived and packaging looked good. I tested them with 3.3V on the LV side and 5.0V on the HV side. Fed a 5V square wave at 1MHz from the HV to the LV side. This generated an LV side signal with a ton of overshoot on the rising edge that reached up to 5V. Most likely this will be clipped once I connect it up to the 3.3V part due to the input protection diode but this does exceed the specification for 3.3V digital signaling. Then I fed the same LV signal back into another channel to the HV side and I got a square wave on the HV side but the high voltage level was only 4V. This does meet both 5V TTL and CMOS specifications. I'm just a little worried on the 3.3V side with the rising edge overshoot. Nothing to worry about. When used in an actual application, the 3.3V input protection diodes clipped the rising edge overshoot without any issues. signals looked good. I would recommend this product.

Perfect for Stepping up 3.3V to 5V Logic
I'm using these to step up 3.3V logic from an ESP32 to 5V to drive some transistors that said they work with 3.3V but don't actually do. Works perfectly for my use case.

Works well to level shift into my 3.3V DIY logical analyzer
I've had a 3.3V DIY logic analyzer for years, but never got to use it because too many of the signals I work on are 5V or higher. When I saw this set, I decided to go for it and upgrade my LA to handle any input voltage. So far I'm working on low speed signals, but I'm sure I'll need it for 1mhz+ one day. Based on one of the other reviewers, I'm guessing it will have issues then.

As described!
I have these fellas communicating my esp32 to arduino and also RPi to arduino, and they work great! I haven't tried SPI on them, but I haven't noticed issues on the other protocols at standard speeds

Converts Logic Signal Levels
The media could not be loaded. I tested this device at 3.3v against standard 5v TTL levels and it was effective up to 100 kHz, which was the fastest data rate that I tried. I also checked lower voltage levels and I was able to get it to work correctly down to about 1.6v.I had to solder on the included pins for breadboard testing, which was no problem due to the reasonably wide pin pitch. This logic level converter worked well within the parameters I tested.
