I tried using this item for a couple (2) Christmas cards for my family. The "ink" was what appeared to be dried up and I only got a "faint" outline of his paw print. I was pretty discouraged, however, there was nothing I could do at that point except point it out to them when I gave it to them. I'm not sure what other items are out there, but my experience with this particular item was absolutely unfavorable.

My 1st try I got a great paw print from my dog. Tried again on other paw & did not succeed. Read all instructions & then slowly do paw print. If your dog is like mine your 1st try will be the easiest. After that if they are too smart like my GSD it will be harder to get another done.

We used this on our cat. Did not require heavy pushing into the mat of ink to come out well. One inking got several good prints. It did take one to restrain cat and second to hold leg above paw. Place onto pad with a bit of pressure. Then place paw with a bit of pressure to mark surface. I wish the ink pad came with how to clean off instructions. Washing a cat’s paw in soap and water was definitely the most challenging

Easy to use ...bold ink. I just dipped my dogs paws and 123 onto a paper for his paw prints. Rip peanut 🙌❤🌄

This product did not work at all. I followed the directions and you could barely even see the paw print on the paper. I even made sure to press down on each little toe on my dog when getting the ink on the paw and placing it on the paper.

Did not have dark enough ink. I could not get a decent print on white paper.

My dogs hated this and the ink wasn’t very dark

Ink is very light and takes a lot of pressure on the dog’s paw to get any kind of legible (something you can see) print. Save the money.

Pad isnt wide enough for larger breeds of dog, got half a print at best (tried on rottweiler, boxer and lab). Might be ok for small breeds. Ink doesnt leave a very clear print. Made better prints on the floor rather than the white paper. Would recommend spending more money on the inkless pressure pads.

The product is much smaller than expected, yes it would be possible to dab the paw on the pad multiple times to get a good ink coverage, but the ink pad was also so dry that I could barely get any ink off it!

Not at all what I was expecting. I have a medium sized dog and her paw barely fit. Also, the ink barely picked up onto her paw and therefore barely showed up when I stamped it. Do not recommend.
