I wanted tp do something new for my family and discovered The Family Constitution. I decided to move forward and today we have a family organization that can endure for generation, thanks to the narrative of this book.

A good book to take one through the basics of what can be done in family run businesses. Does not address why it should be done - presumption is that we are not selling you to do this, but if you are convinced about doing something, here is a primer.
