Delicious nutrition
This broth is worthy of a Thai restaurant. THAT good! And good for you. A little expensive but worth it.

Love the flavor just not the curdy chunks
I love the flavor but had to strain out the curdy chunks which I think might be chucks of the coconut?

Love their soups, but this one is my favorite
I have been buying their basic bone broths for quite some time. They are the perfect base to build any soup or steam some veggies. I decided to venture outside of the chicken / beef bones broths and bought the Coconut Curry one and I am so glad I did! I use it as a base, add some organic chicken and fresh mushrooms- top it with some fresh herbs and you have a complete meal in minutes. This is my 3rd time reordering.

Objective Review
If you have money to blow and are on a ketogenic diet, yes, sure, give these a whirl... why not? But, if you aren't wealthy or not on a keto diet, here's what you need to know: sodium is through the roof. Half a days worth in a box of "butter chicken" alone. With so much hypertension and heart disease in the world, you'd think they'd know better and say, "add salt to taste."Furthermore, despite the high sodium, there's still a faint blandness of flavors at first contact AND YET it kinda grows on you halfway through. I suspect that's because our taste buds are often bombarded w all kinds of chemicals & heavy seasonings throughout our days. When these first came out, I saw many ppl on the K&F Facebook page complaining about the price. I, too, was a bit taken aback at $7-$8 for a pint of soup. I bought about 10 on markdown at WF for $5-$6 - they just weren't moving at the non sale price.I do have the money to afford these and I do get on keto eating every so often but at these prices with barely acceptable flavors and enough sodium to kill a medium sized pony, I think ìll make my own.

So Yummy!
I bought one of these at the local Sprouts store and it was so good I decided to go back and get more. But they were all gone and nowhere on the shelf was there a place for them. They were even out of stock on the Kettle & Fire website. So....I found them on Amazon. This is a very good curry soup, by itself or with added veggies and/or chicken. It's my new favorite bone broth go-to flavor.
