This product (as indicated) does NOT ship quickly so, be prepared for about a 2- 2 1/2 week wait until arrival. However, once arrived, it does perform well.PROS: The colors are beautiful, bright and bold. The LED lighting works well though, the instructions (clearly, not written by an English speaking person are a small struggle) will get you through. The 16" cube is lightweight, can support a good deal of weight and FULLY charges as described (in about 5-10 hrs.) It will maintain it's charge for...? The remote control seems to work quite well.CONS: While described as having 24 colors, that's a bit of stretch. It really has a 8 colors (9, if you include, white) which then can be variously dimmed, up to 10 different levels). A very nice feature, nonetheless but, to tell you it has 24 colors...Nope. It also says it has a "fade" feature. It does, BUT....We would almost more describe it more as a "strobe" feature. The fade feature DOES fade between colors, but exceedingly fast. Like 1-1.5 seconds between colors, no matter how much you try to slow it down. We would have MUCH preferred a fade time between colors of more like 8-10 seconds. Otherwise, you feel like you're in a nightclub or disco...not the soothing, relaxing effect you might better appreciate. Also, unless you are using these in a screened-in porch, NOTE WELL: these things, ESPECIALLY USING THE NEON-BLUE COLOR, ARE A MAGNET FOR SMALL BUGS!!!! Anything you set atop of this cube (like a drink in a clear glass) will, within a few minutes will, become infiltrated with bugs - inside and out!!! One last minor thing to note; we ordered 2 of these. The remote controls are NOT on different "frequencies" so, when you go to change the colors on one, you had better be about 25+ feet away from the other or else, you'll be changing the colors on the other one, too. Kind of a nuisance but, you quickly learn to deal with it.ALTERNATE IDEAS/USES FOR THIS PRODUCT: It occurred to us that these cubes would make GREAT A) night lights/night stands for younger children's bedsides, especially with the multitude of colors and the dimability features. B) Also, could make excellent stands/nightlights for guest rooms - again, with the remote control and dimability feature...perfect for out of town guests or, those unfamiliar with their surroundings stumbling to the bathroom (or, wherever) in the middle of the night.OVERALL, a very cool product. We may not have exactly the right environment yet to fully take advantage of them but, we haven't quite figured out how to get the best from them that we can. We will.
