The vases are beautiful, heavy and worth the money. But the shipping packaging is terrible. Barely any protection.One vase arrived broken. Other box arrived packed a little different ,but still rattling around inside.

Packaging did not protect the vases from being broken upon delivery. I ordered two sets and one box was broken. The the vases are heavier than expected which is nice.

Great quality, however, the packaging was inferior. When it arrived, one was broken.

When we opened the box, the vases were only covered with a thin layer of Styrofoam. One was just glass shards. The other two were intact somehow, which is amazing since I would have expected all of them to be shattered. The two intact vases are very nice and appear to be of good quality. I kept the rating at four stars because they refunded the entire purchase since the one vase broke. I was very pleased with their integrity on that point. This company needs to up their packaging game- vases are great!

Heavy and thick. Makes for a beautiful arrangement!

The product its self appears to be of good quality and exactly what I was looking for. The problem is that every box came with at least two of the three vases broken . The crazy thing is that there are no markings on the box that state Fragile or Contains Glass. It seems as if a simple sticker could have prevented this from happening. I can't take the chance to reorder and have them come broken again. I'll purchase something similar and unfortunately more expense from a local craft store.

these are heavy and beautiful! and btw mine did not arrive broken--i saw that many people's did.

These are very well made/sturdy vases. Just the right size. Would highly recommend.
