I've owned mine for 3 years. During my initial purchase, the first one stopped spinning in 2 weeks. Customer service was very kind and I had a good experience with them and sent out another one free of charge. I store it properly and only use it once a year and there is a shortage again but it did take 3 years. I am not sure if I will purchase again.

This is a very sturdy star. It's beautiful lights but it is somewhat noisy as it turns.

The star is gorgeous! Looked amazing on my tree. The snowflakes it projected onto the ceiling were clear. It does not project the wide range as depicted. It could be because once I got the star on my tree, there was only about a foot between the star and the ceiling. It does make a low humming sound. I'm still glad I bought it though. Great deal for the money and I've received a lot of compliments on it.

Is pretty but if you have a tall tree can’t really see the design on ceiling

Looks good. Heavy. I had to attach a wooden rod into the tree to keep it on. The projections rotate and it’s a tad loud.

It has a plug for American power socket not Australian, bought international adaptor plug and my star is absolutely gorgeous, I most definitely would recommend and buy another
