Garbage
Runout was 0.005". Diameter different at different locations along the rod. Don't waste your money like I did.

A little disappointed
Workmanship was good with one exception. The hole on the one end was not drilled like a center drill hole. This greatly affects how the Tail stock dead center seats in it.

Not accurate
The straightness of this so called test bar was measured with .0005 accuracy Mitutoyo test indicator and measured off by .005”. This may be good enough for some, but a test bar should be of better quality than this. As they say, you get what you pay for. Just don’t expect in to be straight within .0001” or even .001”.

Too much runout.
Too much runout. Getting .001 near the headstock and .010 at the end of the bar. .005 runout when between centers. This has no real value.

Was straight but has a sanded spot on it so it looks bad compared to the rest or the polished rod

Besser als erwartet.
Rundlauf ohne Mängel, es ist sogar ein Gewinde zum Einzug in den Konus vorhanden. Der Vergleich mit einem zertifizierten Prüfdorn zeigt nur minimale Abweichungen.

Bueno no es una herramienta perfecta.
La caja de envío era inadecuada. Los centros no están muy bien alineados. Sin embargo, por el precio, es una herramienta útil a un nivel moderado.
