Below is an old review from the very first time I purchased these Headphones I’ve bought several of these and you can’t ask for a better sound quality the issues I’ve been experiencing with these they have a tendency of one of the folding arms to break off these last 3 sets I purchased are the updated version of the one I first purchased these have a completely different issue they still sound great you can watch movies listen to music but when you make a call the Bluetooth will disconnect from the call the call is still active and the Bluetooth will reconnect almost immediately when it does disconnect, which is quite often but the problem is it won’t reconnect back to the call even though it shows it’s connected to the call while on the phone had to hit the Bluetooth on the call screen to turn it off like you’re going to use just the phone and then turn it back on and it will work again for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes is very annoying. That’s what started out now it’ll connect to Bluetooth for movies and music, but will not connect to the call period now it’s just blank noise this happened outside of the 30 day return window but they have a 1 year warranty on them hopefully they will do the right thing and replace these I don’t want to use a different brand I love these headsets. I don’t care if they do break off on one of the arms. I kind of wish I didn’t make them where they folded. I believe it would be a lot better. In my opinion. I’m always wearing them anyways the only time I take them off is when I’m charging them, anyone knows that owns these the battery last very long time I bought three sets that way I can use one while one is charging the other one was for back up. So hopefully they take care of this issue now. I’ll definitely report back on the progress. They replaced items in the past I don’t see a reason that they would do anything differently now and not replace these.. They are a good reliable company in my opinion.This is the first time I have ever purchased this product and I have only used it a few days but I wanted to do a review early on and hopefully within a year do a follow up review so here we go. It's a little on the bulky side but I can get used to that the two main things for me is the sound quality and and battery life, this headset far exceeds my expectations in both battery life and sound quality I wish they had an app to go a long with this product so you could adjust the bass and treble but even though they don't have this app this headset sounds great, the construction of the headset seems to be pretty durable when you pull the earbuds out from the headset it has a decent amount tension hopefully this doesn't cause any problems down the road when pulling the earbuds out it's very noticeable it has a loud ratcheting click sound everyone around you will know your doing something and may ask what is that but anyway I would buy these again and I would also recommend it to friends and family. I bought this headset July 29, 2020 and thought I submitted a review not long after I received them but I guess I didn't but never the less even though the headset is a little on the bulky side the sound quality is very good when watching videos and listening to music it's a little hard to hear during a call the person can hear you fine but giving the bass this headset has it's hard to hear them but that's the only issue I have with them other than that they sound very good and the battery life on this headset is probably more superior than most if not all headsets that I've had or have and I have a few and I'm constantly using mine watching videos on Prime as well as some YouTube videos.

Works great, clear sound on calls. However it is a tad bulky. If you dont mind that, they are a great buy.

Love it great sound battery last along time

I've bought several pairs of ear buds like this and thought the Amorno ones were now made under this brand but it's a copy. Out of the two pair I've bought in the last few months they've each had a problem with the right side earbud dying. One of them had the microphone die and no one could hear me on a call. The previous pair from Amorno last about a year before they die and the battery life seems to be better. I won't buy these again.

Is this really an "improvement" of SX-991???Why the lower part number then?Do they know the REAL and ONLY SERIOUS issue with the SX-991, that the plastic headband always snaps about three months of use??? Will this headband also snap after three months of use???I HATE HATE HATE the SX-990 immediately upon first use!I hate the new voice prompts. Much worse accent, messages cut short, too loud, just very annoying voice after all!This is larger than the SX-991.I hate the color accent. I am using this at work and I do NOT want people to know I am even wearing this headset!The awful charging port cover rubber piece is as undersized and mis-positioned as it was on SX-991 since it switched to USBC from USB Micro.The reversed controls are copied over. The louder/plus/next track/power ON direction of buttons and slide switches should be AWAY from your head!The vibration and volume up/down tone is waaaaay too strong and too loud!The reception range of this headset is much, much shorter than the SX-991. You walk away 12 ft and it starts nagging you with voice prompt.The "out of range" and "low battery" voice prompts are SUPER SUPER ANNOYING. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THIS EVERY SINGLE MINUTE! SHUT UP!!!Hate it hate it hate it! You have no idea what the problems were with the SX-991 to begin with!
