Good pack of 3 timer plugs, easy to use, great price.

These are a basic mechanical 24 hour timer, easily set with the pins in ~15 minute segments. They are reasonably compact timers approx. 100mm tall, 57mm wide and 40mm deep (excluding the contact pins that go into the socket). Useful for controlling up to a 13A load, for lights or other devices that need to be switched on and off one or more times a day. They are a pretty generic design, we have very similar devices bought from other retailers with their own badge on them but they all look much the same. They are simple and pretty reliable, but occasionally you do get a noisy one, which emits a whirring, slightly grinding noise. The only one that emitted an obtrusive noise I consigned to the garage to manage the outside lighting, or the Christmas lighting, or a small water fountain when mounted in an IP65 housing. They have not given a problem in the cold, damp conditions. Overall, a simple and generally reliable solution for controlling a range of devices. Obviously you have to remember to reset them when the clocks change, but other than that the timing accuracy is reasonable and I don't have to weak the time for lost or gained time outside of the clock changes in spring and autumn. I have had electronic timers at 3 times the price that have been less reliable than these.

found these to be the right thing all 3 in use in my garden and they work just fine as is with most of Amazon's sales . Top prize for these timers good price delivery etc cant find anything to fault them I would recommend these to anyone Top shop cheers

Bought these to power the xmas lights outside the house, the item listed says 15 minute segment times etc , item received looks and feels very cheap and only has 30 min segment times , not a massive deal but not as advertised and looks totally different !
