Does the job really well no side effects at all only might feel a bit energized if you take 2 pills 3 times a day as described, but yes it does amazing job and very targeted.

I have had hemorrhoids for over 30 years and never had a problem. Then I woke up one morning to extreme discomfort and it took me a minute to figure it out. This product does not work. It is a gimmick. I read every review and website saying this was some kind of miracle product that offers relief after taking 6 horse sized pills a day for basically forever (which is a great marketing ploy..why would anyone need 120 pills to cure hemmeroids?) That alone should’ve told me. It was an insane price and offered zero relief. I ended up going to a doctor to be treated because the flare ups started to get worse. I took the bait. It’s an embarrassing thing to have to deal with and like most people, I was willing to spend any amount to make this nightmare go away. I stopped taking it because I thought it would continue to make it worse. Good thing I didn’t go for the “great deal” and buy in bulk. Don’t be an idiot like me. $50 is a lot of money to throw away and have things get worse.

I love this product because it’s very effective, safe, strong and fast acting for hemorrhoid. The HemClear is Very effective right away. No more pain or any symptoms of Hem in any way. This is the 3rd bottle i bought. every time you buy a bottle, they will give you a free one, however on my 2nd bottle, i never receive the free bottle so i was hoping that on this 3rd bottle that i bought, i will be able to receive the free one.

I purchased HemClear after having some issues with bleeding from known hemorrhoids. I took the product as prescribed for a few days(3/3/3). The discomfort and bleeding stopped. I'm not saying this product was the cause, but I do believe it helped. I dropped down to half of the dosage so the bottle lasted me about two weeks instead of just one. I did clear up pretty well, however in my experience and medical knowledge there is no cure for hemorrhoids. They stay with you. But this has made my day to day experience with them much easier and in most cases, I don't even notice them. Maybe it's a mental thing, but I believe this product has helped and if you can afford it, it will continue to help. Due to it's high cost, I may have to purchase when I have flare ups.

By far the best medicine i have ever use.Matter of facts, i will be ordering two more battle for my overseas user during my next three weeks four months development. I have recommended to few of my friends. God knows how much i would have pay for medical bill service suppose i end up going to the hospital.
