Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  A newbie-friendly product, initially setting the gimbal for balance took a good 30 minutes, but after watching a good youtube video tutorial, I am able to rebalance in under 2 minutes.To those wondering about the authenticity of this product, its an original. JSD Productions is an official Zhiyun authorized reseller. Probably the best bet to getting the crane on amazon, however read the cons before jumping towards the purchase..Product is well designed, specially for point and shoot cameras like Rx100 series and works flawlessly. However, it doesnt seem to support RX100M7 fully, please update yourself with compatible devices under zhiyun india website.All modes work great, if properly balanced. Though there is a small movement while holding the gimbal and walking, can be removed in post. Timelapse etc. and other Zhiyun Play app features are great.Microusb to microusb cable could be included in the box, instead of the zhiyun strap.However after using this Gimbal, I realized - Just buying a professional gimbal like this won't make your videos look professional. The composition, flow, etc should also be at par. Also, the movements with gimbal should be subtle for cinematographic videos, which is something that seems to take time for me. Even with the gimbal, my cinematographic videos seem to look unpolished.Pros: This is probably the only branded gimbal you can get, for small Point and shoots/mirrorless and phone/gopro combo. Other one is hohem isteady but features lack lusture, in the same price range. If you absolutely need a gimbal, just go for this. Again, remember, this gimbal is not fully compatible with RX100M7.Cons:1. Seller JSD Pro is charging for 'insurance' but has no documentation about the insurance for the product, along with the product.2. I didn't get any warranty card inside the box, for some reason.3. Unable to find 'serial number' to input in zhiyun india website to check warranty.4. Because of the additional insurance, cost increased, would be cheaper if obtained directly from another seller or offical zhiyun india website.5. No follow focus. Though the follow focus of Feiyutech G6 Plus is very unresponsive, still making Zhiyun Crane M2 a better option.

Which shoot with crane M 2Note that.. Carefull regarding his joystick.. It can come out easily so It can be chance of loss.... I have loss my crane M 2 joystick.. And finding the way to get it new.. But in India it's not available.. 🙁.. Disappointed....

The product is brilliant if you're looking for a travel gimbal. Tried it with my GoPro Hero 8 and it works like a charm.Had received a faulty product initially. The gimbal was missing the pan axis screw. The box was sealed however there was no warranty card inside and the contents were misplaced. Probably a returned unit was sent.Beware of such tricks and check your product thoroughly. Go through a few unboxing videos.Replacement was pretty quick and the replaced product is definitely legit and brand new.

The joystick got lost on the very first trip. The Wide tele function is a bit slow with Sony A5100.

No problem with Mirrorless camera initially but when you use it daily, Motor will start making noise, and cant trust it for long use. So this product is super recommended for mobile users. Because it is like Pro tool for those devices.
