A bit of a problem initially, but great customer service helped!
Revised 12/19/2014 - The two fans that I first purchased were spinning full-speed, all the time. The owner of Procool contacted me directly and sent me a new set of fans at no charge. The replacement fans performed as expected, increasing the fan speed as the sensors got warmer. I very much appreciate the great customer service provided by Procool.
