Well built
Smooth operation, easy to install. Looks great and built solidly likely to last for the long term. I was shooing to be able to select between an overhead and hand heald shower head and an off position without having to adjust temperature. In this unit the temperature also controls volume of water and you can’t set it and leave it. The tab between the two shower head is actually a mix so water comes out of both rather than individually. Wish this was off setting like other Hansgrohe units I have. Overall aside from a minor operational request that was likely something I missed in the description very happy with the unit.

Very Elegant
Love this fixture. It went in easily with the Ibox paired to it. Looks great and works fine. We did adjust the temperature setting to make sure the water was hot enough.

Happy with purchase
Professional instal. Works and looks great. You can have full water flow on either option or you can have half and half between the two. Doesn’t feel very solid out of the box... but once installed no complaints.

So far hardware is good, but I was missing a set screw for the diverter valve (I know, how is that possible) and after 45 minutes on hold with hansgrohe I went to hardware store to buy one. Product may be great, but weak customer service will turn a buyer away. I would think twice before I buy Hansgrohe again.

Works really well and very easy to use. Only thing is you will have to increase the hot water temperature stop. It’s set to European standards

Inspected once arrived. The valve cart had broken plastic. Looks that it could have been done at manufacture during assembly.

This faucet with diverter looks great, was a decent price, and installed easily. I like that it came as a kit with the required valve and all i had to order seperately was the iBox. My bathroom isn't quite finished so i have yet to use it. i will update my review re: function later.

You need this model with a built in diverter valve if you are installing a separate body sprayerThst way you can cgange between shower head and body sprayer are both on at the same time
