Excellent value for money except.....
I have been using this flash for portraits and I love it! It is easily 100 US dollars cheaper than the Godox AD200 and delivers excellent light. This is an excellent value for the money but just be careful NOT to loose parts to this flash unit. I misplaced (lost) my battery charger and I had to order a replacement from Ali Express that took 30 days to arrive. Also, a quick search on Amazon for a battery replacement shows up with ZERO results. So you will have to get a replacement via Ali Express or Ebay.

Excelente servicio
Cuando lo compre tuve un pequeño inconveniente, pero el vendedor lo soluciono en tiempo record, muy satisfecho con el servicio postventa, ademas que es un muy buen producto.. Nada que ver con otro que compre de otra marca y no llego y amazon no me ha respondido por el impase.. sigo esperando la solucion

Store the battery at around a 40-50% state of charge if you plan to use it immediately
I am thrilled with this product; it offers exceptional value for a bare bulb flash. However, I would advise against fully charging the battery until you are ready to use it. For optimal performance, it's recommended to store the battery at a 40-50% state of charge, especially if you plan to use it immediately. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way with my first YN200 I stored it fully charged and that led to swelling and damage to the flash. Also I would not recommend inserting the battery until ready to use and removing it immediately after.

Súper flash
Es un excelente producto, de uso rudo y la durabilidad de la batería es muy buena. Está hecho con material de muy buena calidad, al usarlo notas la calidad. La pantalla led que trae ayuda mucho y la información de la batería también. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Good product, little to no customer service
I bought two of these flashes less than a year ago. They worked great, until one of the batteries started acting up. The battery would show to be at 50% charge, but the flash would just turn off. The only way I would be able to use the flash is to pull the battery, put it back in, and restart the flash, but even then, I could only take about 5 photos before it craps out again. I reached out to Yongnuo support, but they told me the only thing they can do to help is send a battery replacement, and that it would cost me $60.There is no way I will pay an additional 25% for a $200 flash. I am changing both flashes to Godox, because I cannot afford to have my flashes stop working while at an event

Worked good for 6 months, then battery wont work.
I'm not a fan of any product that can't last a year. This flash worked great until one day the battery just stopped working. Wont take a charge or power the flash. I've starter my career with all yongnuo flashes but this may be the last straw. The fact that they don't even have replacement batteries for sale on amazon too is also a bummer. So I'm going to be missing my most powerful flash for my next few real estate shoots, which is going to cause me a nice headache. If I receive some type of support or anything I'll update the review. Until then, 1 star.
