I made maple pecan cookies without this, just using syrup, and the flavor was lacking. Making them again with this gave the perfect amount of maple flavoring.

Great for making Korean Banana Milk!
This extract is great for recreating the boxed Korean banana milk by Binggrae. I add a teaspoon per cup of milk and either a couple tablespoons of regular sugar or condensed milk and blend. It tastes just like it and is a lot cheaper! One star off because the extract is a bit pricy for how much you get but it outweighs the costs for buying banana milk by itself.
