Packaging appeared secure, but upon opening and installing batteries, it never operated. I tried to adjust the time through the wheel near the battery and it just spins both the hour and minute hand together. Very disappointed with this purchase

The minute hand came broken. I tried to repair as the customers service never responded to my inquiry. Its a beautiful clock but it just didnt work. disappointed
