Description
- First step: connect the charging adapter to an AC source, then connect the charging adapter to magsafe 2 adapter.
- Second step: connect the USB-C port to the device. The signal light turn on, but it have no effect of charging effort.
- Third step: because of different production batches of charger adapter it take about 2 seconds for signal connecting.
- After all this operation, if it still did not work. Please disconnect the USB-C port off the device and turn the magnetic port of magsafe 2 charger to opposite side. Then reconnect by following the connecting step.
